We can't wait for Middle School Camp this year! If your child will be in 6th-8th grade this fall, then this is the camp for them. Middle School camp is full of exciting games, team competitions, and gatherings that are designed to engage them in a way that is relevant to their season of life! We're also excited that Chelsey Beeson is the speaker for Middle School camp this year. She's been involved in youth and children's ministry her whole life, and loves the next generation!

Check-in opens at 1pm on June 28th at the church, and we will depart at 2pm. We will return from camp at approximately 11:30am on July 2nd.

Pricing & Deadlines for Middle School Camp:

Early Registration - $335 until May 24th
Standard Registration - $395 until June 20th
Sibling discounts are available of $100 after the first child registered at full price.
To register for camp, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Pay for Camp! This form will collect payment and begin the registration process. If you are registering multiple children, the first child is full price ($335) and subsequent children are $100 off.*

Step 2: Fill Out the Registration! Complete the camp registration by clicking the Register for camp button.

Step 3: Once you complete step 2, you will be emailed digital waivers for camp. Your registration is not complete until these waivers are signed! In addition to these waivers, we'll email you the 2024 Grove Medical release form.

Frequently asked questions/details for Middle School Camp:
What about cell phones?
There is a no-cell phone use policy for camp! We believe that a week to unplug and be with Jesus is a really powerful experience for anyone, especially our students. If you need to reach your child, I will give you my cell phone number before camp.
How are we getting to camp?
Transportation to camp will be provided in the church shuttles.
What if I have multiple kids attending camp?
Sibling discounts are available for families with multiple children attending camp of $100 per child. For example, if you have a child attending middle school camp and a second attending high school camp, you would pay $335 for the first child registered, and select the sibling discount registration type for the second child registered.
What about scholarships towards camp?
Scholarships are available on a limited basis for families experiencing financial hardship. You can apply for a scholarship by clicking HERE.
Are there opportunities for fundraising?
For camp this year, we're doing our gift card raffle one more time before we switch it up to something else! Students can sell raffle tickets for $5, and individuals who purchase tickets will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card (store TBD). What about check-in/return time?
Check-in begins at 1pm for both camps on June 28th for Middle School. We will return at 11:30am on the final day of camp.
Where can I find the packing list?
You will receive the packing list after you register for camp.
Are there waivers required for my child to attend camp?
Yes! We require all students who participate in Youth Events to fill out one Medical Release Form per year. If your child has yet to fill out one of these forms for another event (Winter Camp for example), you will need to complete another form for summer camp.
What if my child is bringing medications to camp?
All medications (including ibuprofen, melatonin, allergy medicine, etc) are required to be kept with the camp nurse. Please complete the camp medication form (attached to this email) no more than 24 hours before we depart from camp. All medications, with dosages, must be placed in a ziplock bag. The medication form will be emailed to you closer to camp.
